IAS official Piyush Singla, who was previously endorsed for central deputation by the Ministry of Home Affairs, has been chosen for assignment as Executive in the National Health Authority-Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission.
As per a notification released by the Department of Personnel and Training on Monday (May 25, 2026), his posting has been finalized under the Central Staffing Scheme (CSS). He will take up the role from the day he formally assumes responsibility for the office.
The notification mentioned that his term will remain co-terminus with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission and could be prolonged up to the permissible duration under the Central Staffing Scheme or until additional directives are issued.
